South Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is the proud recipient of the 2012-2013 Excellence in Action award from My Innerview. These awards recognize and verify our superior commitment to Skilled Nursing workforce satisfaction within our facility.
Bronze – Commitment to Quality:
The American Health Care Association/National Quality Award Program provides a pathway for providers of long term and post-acute care services to journey towards performance excellence. The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
South Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is winner of the 2017 Bronze Award – Commitment to Quality. The goal of meeting the criteria for this award is to provide our facility with tools and resources needed for continuous performance improvement in all phases of care. Through the Bronze criteria, based on the organizational profile section of the Baldrige Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence, South Hampton was able to effectively assess our organization’s mission, vision, and key factors that lead to success.
